The container holds ten women at a time so each one gets the depth of attention she came for. New women learn from those further along; women further along step into a kind of mentorship for the ones coming in. That's part of the design.
This is goal-based, not calendar-based. Most women reach their goals between weeks 8 and 9, and we shift into the standing-in-purpose phase together. If you need longer to get there, you have me longer. The container holds you until you arrive — not until the calendar runs out.

I know what it's like to be the most self-aware woman in the room — and still feel completely hijacked by your own body.
I know because I was her. For years longer than I'd like to admit.
My path to this work was anything but linear. It started in one clear moment: I never planned to serve. Then 9/11 happened, and I knew. I joined the Air Force the way a lot of women find a calling — in one moment that rearranges everything.
Fifteen years in acute care hospitals followed — Women's Health (my truest love), adult ICU, infection control, leadership and executive healthcare consulting. The work was intense. The training was serious. I stayed at the table where clinical rigor lives.
And then, in a span of months, everything cracked open. Divorce. New autoimmune diagnoses. A major injury that took my ability to walk correctly — I have a spinal implant now; without it I couldn't walk at all. My whole life and identity crumbled. I couldn't work. I could barely care for my children. I was alone — and for the first time in my adult life, lonely.
I was lost. I knew nervous system regulation — I'd taught it, documented it, defended it in rooms full of clinicians. But I was too in my head to use it at the scale I now needed it. So I went small. I started with gratitude. I returned to the woo — the intuitive, sacred, energetic parts of me I'd shelved to be the credentialed professional everyone expected.
Three intense years coming back to myself. Three more discovering a sense of peace I didn't know was possible. Twelve years guiding women along the way — but only after the breaking did I understand what I was actually offering.
My trainings fill pages now — coaching, nervous system regulation, women's health and wellness, sound healing, Reiki, soul profile and intuitive readings, and the rooms most RNs don't walk into: psychedelic integration, sex therapy. I bring all of it to the women I work with. Clinical and intuitive. Rigorous and sacred. I meet you, I see you, I hear you — and I guide you out of your head and into your body, because that's where sovereignty actually lives.
The women who come to me have done the therapy. Read the books. Led the meetings. Raised the children. They're accomplished in every visible way — and quietly unraveling in every invisible one. Yes — many of the women I work with carry autoimmune flares, chronic illness, or complex health pictures. What I see consistently: as your nervous system learns regulation and you take fuller agency in your own life, your body responds. Healing happens at the root, and the body remembers. This work isn't a replacement for your medical team — it's the layer underneath that most clinical care doesn't touch.
This was designed for the woman whose schedule is already full. Everything is virtual, so you can do the work from anywhere in the world. Daily practice is about 20 minutes. If you miss a group call, you watch the replay. Your 1:1s with me are scheduled at your convenience. You don't have to add another thing to your plate — you have to redirect what's already there.
No — I'm not a licensed therapist, and this isn't therapy. It's also not what therapy does. We work much deeper than mind-level processing — at the nervous system root, where your identity and survival patterns actually live. That's the layer most therapy doesn't reach.
